"This is a convenient property, close to the T and the Common. You will need to be able to walk up some narrow stairs, and adjust to sharing a common bathroom. I met the owner while he was shoveling snow after the nor'easter, and he could not have been nicer! Great value for the money, fairly quiet and I would stay again."

"We had an amazing stay! We were in the Boston area for the New Balance Nationals and our stay was amazing! The full kitchen was perfect. The pictures do not do the rooms justice. I booked this place based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. The drive to the TRACK was quick but there is also public transportation nearby to see all the sites. If going try In a Pickle for lunch, it was really good."

"Biggest problem was that I never got the email with the access codes after checking in online. The place has no personnel on site, so I couldn't get in when it was really cold outside. Had to call customer service, where it was resolved. Within a few minutes.
I could hear pretty much everything that went on in the room next door, and even when people just went up and down the stairs in front of my room, I could hear everything.
The view out of the window is pretty terrible. It's basically just...

"Customer service was poor. The pull out bed was broken and the couch was uncomfortable. Requested a bed. Customer service said someone would come by and see it. No one ever came to see it and no bed was brought. The rest of our stay was uncomfortable. I asked for compensation and never received it."
