"The place is beautiful, and the villa we stayed was spacious,too. I also liked the farewell gift and the luggage storage services after checkout. However, there was very strong odor inside during our check in. Behavior of some front desk staff was not polite. They are understaffed I believe, because sometimes they even don’t respond if you call the desk service. "Room was great. Staff was great as well. Just didnt get the pool view room like it was requested specially after paying extra for that. Room shower was clogged. Maintenance came to unclog it and left a horrible mess did not clean up after. Absolutely have loved this hotel in the past but this time around it wasnt the same"

"This was our first stay in Crystal Cove. Someone from HOA called the front desk to tell them that we had too many guest. We had a 3bed 3 bath unit. 5 beds with and a pull out couch. We had 2 adults and 8 children, all under the age of 15. And 5 under the age of 8. The HOA also complained that the 2 kids bikes that we brought down were parked in front of another unit. They were parked beside the stairwell the first night as we arrived after dark and was not aware of a bike rack on the opposite...

"The location was good. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The room was OK. It could’ve been better. Our room faced a parking garage. And the space layout was strange. There was nothing to put any of my toiletries on in the bathroom so I had to use a shelf in the hallway closet. But other than that, it was fine."
