"Great room in terms of size and cleanliness and great service at the hotel. Our only criticism was the noise, being located so close to Times Square. Still a 5-star review for me, because we were aware of this when booking, but it is definitely noisier than expected for first-time travellers to New York"

"It was just overall great for NYC. All Properties were too overpriced so that’s the only downside. Parking is also a hassle. Peacemakr suggested a garage that they have partnered with, but it’s not 24 hrs and overnight parking is almost $70 so I wish that was better."

"This was an excellent choice in the city. Rooms are very small, but it still had a very "homey" feel that made you feel like you weren't in a hotel."

"The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site."
