"Perfect location! Couldn’t have been nicer inside & affordable for my weekend stay for a graduation event! Close to subway & walking everywhere. Appreciated the overnight security person in the building at night & the elevator for my bags. And the tip for storing luggage at a Bounce app managed location around the corner at Heavenly Deli worked perfectly to bridge the time gap between checkout & leaving the city. Would definitely stay again!"

"I really like staying here in a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and frig and microwave, so I can buy groceries and do my own cooking in the room. A big space for a reasonable price. Very clean property, well-maintained, and you only have to cross the street and you're on the beach, which is a BIG PLUS!"

We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly.
