"Rooms are clean and remodeled with latest upgrades. Beautiful design and next best thing from home. Units have all the comforts of home, full kitchen, laundry, cookware, utensils , etc. far greater value than a hotel. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Thus the reason this was our 2nd trip back and will stay here again when in NYC."

"Balcony had floor tile missing, could be very dangerous. Room needs some updating. we initially had trouble getting in with the code but we called customer service and they were able to help. Overall okay experience but not worth the rate we paid for those reasons listed above."

We booked a three night stay with this property, but our flight into NYC was delayed due to bad weather, and when we arrived at 7:00pm, the property, which claimed to be a “hotel” was not open. We tried to contact the owner but were completely rebuffed, were told that they required 72 hours notice to check in, and we were forced to find other hotel accommodations for our first night in new york. This property is not in fact a "hotel" at all. There is no front desk, there...

"The location is perfect! Easy walk to various subway lines. Many places to eat around the location. The room has a kitchen. It was great to have a place for drinks and easy breakfast and lunch meals. Everything was clean. Very good communication for check in."
