"Clean and silence"

"We walked into the lobby and the odor was overwhelming. We asked the attendant what the building was prior to being a hotel. She told us it was and 55 and over residency prior to being converted. As a previous nurse, it smelled like an extended living facility. We never even checked in we left I could not even tolerate the smell that was coming from the lobby the surrounding area did not look appealing nor safe."

"Room was absolutely perfect ! The shuttle service was great..Dennys Perfect ! Staff was pleasant... maybe lifeguards can be a bit more friendly. The grounds were beautifully kept. Loved our stay !"

"Be careful which part of the property you stay in. I can’t speak to the other parts but construction on the slide/pool was on one side of my room and I was close to the working pool on the other side. The room does not keep sound out whatsoever. The room had someone else’s little black hair all over the bathroom and dirt/dust was over a lot of surfaces. Beds are horrible to sleep on longer than 1 night. I didn’t have the best stay between the noise, cat poop smell walking out to the beach and...

"Check-in wasn’t great, the guy wasn’t super friendly and definitely not knowledgeable of the area. The rooms and hotel was clean and nice so no issues there. Valet was CRAZY expensive and they charged for internet plus and extra $45-$50 in “service” fees on checkout. "

"Check in was a nightmare. Key machine did not work and it took over an hour to get in to a room where the key only worked once. After finally getting in I was assigned a different room as we couldn’t get the key to work."
