It was conveniently located very close to subway which was a huge advantage. The overall neighborhood was good, and the stay was also comfortable for us. Rooms were clean, and the view from our room was also really amazing. However there were additional per day charges which we had to pay before check in and those were not told/communicated before or when we booked the place. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The room is spacious. The kitchen is generous with a tall fridge and freezer. The entrance of the building is poor. I was not sure if the room was cleaned properly. I was chocked that all dishes, forks and knifes was sitting dirty in the dishwasher! The staff was kind during my stay.

I highly recommend staying at the Court Square Hotel in Long Island City. I visit New York often, and it’s always my go-to place to stay. The self check-in process is incredibly easy and convenient, and the entire staff is always helpful and friendly. Great location, great experience, and consistently reliable!

(1) the conditioner bottle was empty for the first two nights of our stay; (2) two of the three pillows didn’t have pillowcase; (3) took several calls (spanning at least 12 hours period) to just get 2 clean bath towels; (4) room decor is poor. It clearly lacks of the basic services as a normal hotel, besides no front desk.

Very good located and good price for two bed apartments. I think that they could improve bed linen and towels and also leave a little coffee for the machine, even if it’s just for the first night. The reality is the Trader Joe’s is around the corner, so you can easily figure out the rest of your stay, but waking up the first day and not having a little caffeine around to jump start the day, was a little rough.

This place was really nice as Sonder but the building itself is still nice and in a great location. They charge extra fee per day at check, that was annoying with no amenities or breakfast but they may be trying to charge for location. Otherwise good stay
