"It was a great location and facility. Unfortunately, only one main restaurant open and the main one closed at 8pm. The bar in the casino was closed and didn’t open up to very late. Alcohol in the gift shop was more than double on the floor. Reached out to management with no reply. Lack of concern with regards to customer satisfaction I guess."

"Outside looked a little blah. Not bad, but maybe spruced up a bit through landscaping a such. Check in was fast, and staff were pleasant. Inside lobby was clean. Rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. Room had a chair and loveseat, small kitchen area. It was pretty quiet. 24 hr free shuttle to the casino which was great. Breakfast area was great, however the breakfast itself was underwhelming. Everything looked like boxed, frozen, processed, heat and serve stuff which didn’t look appealing....

"Amazing experience from start to finish!! We were personally taken care of by the very thoughtful owners. What a wonderful property and location- the restaurant at the property was delicious! Everything was tasteful and spotless, we will definitely return and tell everyone about it. The beds and pillows were so perfect and the cleanliness was top notch. When in Ellicotville make this your destination!"
