"The room I was staying in had direct access from outside. The floor was dirty. Housekeeping doesn't remove shoes or use booties when they clean the room. The coffee machine was broken, and it was installed so that, to fill it with water, you have to remove it from the shelf (the shelf height wasn't enough to open the coffee machine lid). "The rooms were great! Clean and spacious. Was pleasantly surprised by The Social Time, which featured chicken alfredo and bread sticks the day we were there."

"Too loud!! Couldn’t sleep all night- right next to the train station which could be convenient for some but it was super loud! The breakfast was okay- the staff is nice though. The shuttle is available but was pretty much booked up for the entire day- so make sure you reserve it as soon as you know your plans. Overall- not worth the amount we paid for one night. Wouldn’t do it again."

"We had a view of the mountains, it was perfect, less than 5 minute walk to any museum, restaurant, and/or activity. Utilize the bus! They do not have a shuttle to and from the hotel, DO NOT ORDER AN UBER. there is a bus that takes you exactly a block away from the hotel, and a bus straight to the drop off of the south terminal! Lovely views, excellent staff, and have bag storage for if you have a later flight after check out. Overall, place was exactly what we needed!"
