"I checked in around 10:45pm and it took an hour to get my key situation worked out. The elevator was out and so was the water fountain on the main floor. I have a bad knee so it was not ideal to walk up 3 flights of stairs and multiple trips for key issue. But the next day was great. I was in a quad and the other guests were kind and quiet. "HORRIBLE! A shelter for homeless people. They were overbooked when we arrived. And there was no staff present. Other than some guy who claimed to be a “cleaner” told us not to go inside even though we’re supposed to check in. This place is definitely a scam listing cause even when we were trying to find a new place, they still had up to 6 “spots” open. Honestly would sue this place for fraud."

"The dorms had a decent amount of space. Decent stocked kitchen and fridge space. The lounge area had plenty of seating near outlets. Breakfast which included eggs to cook was good."

"I recommend to anyone that’s not trying to spend an arm an a leg for a stay in a beautiful place like Waikiki the staff was very helpful and they even had free breakfast to fuel you up for the early hikes it might not be resort level but it was just what I was looking for in a stay I will definitely book again if in the area"
