"I really enjoyed the hotel and was pleased with our room on the bottom floor next to the store. However, we faced persistent technical issues during our stay. For four out of five nights, we had no Wi-Fi or cellular service in our room, which caused significant inconvenience. Despite contacting the front desk daily, calling the Wi-Fi support team, and submitting multiple tickets, the problem remained unresolved until our last day. When my husband was sick and we were confined to our room, I stressed the importance of having Wi-Fi or access to YouTube and Netflix on the TV. " Nice hotel and in a good location. Clean rooms but show a little wear but overall they were nice. The Lobby was nice and had a great area for relaxing in the evening by a fireplace. Pill are was a great spot as well. The breakfast was ok but not as nice as I would have expected. I never saw a server so we ordered from bartender that brought it in to go containers. We ordered breakfast 3 different days and it was like that everyday. He did put it on a plate one of the days after we said we were eating downstairs. "
