I’ve stayed at motel 6’s before & I don’t expect 5 star service BUT they’ve been pretty decent for the price. So after reviewing the pics on here decided to book it for the night. I booked 2 rooms for my husband and my 2 yr old PLUS my mom and her sister from out of town. Let me tell you the pics look NOTHING like the real hotel. As soon as we walked into the room we were hit with the smell of urine. The beds were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, there was crusty white stuff dried through out the room. whole room was just awful. Tried to ride it out but the smell was so over whelming. We lasted 30 mins before we started panic looking for another place to stay. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

First off, the picture of the hotel's reservation area DOES NOT look like the photo! How hard is it to change a picture, because that reeks of deception! Check-in was good/fast and it seems the property is run by an Indian family and they TRY to run it like a bed-and-breakfast without the morning meal? As I was checking-in (for the first time EVER) the guy invites me to see the room, FIRST! UH OH! But I know for the rate that I'm paying, it is not going to look like 'The 4 Seasons' . . . so I guess that was nice for the people who see it and then decide to RUN … The property is huge and vast, but it show sign of unkemptness! There is a weight room --- but it is not open! There is a beautiful area for free morning breakfast --- but it is closed down also. There is a beautiful lower level pool --- but I didn't use it, because the pool furniture looks like it may give you typhoid. No warm comforter on the bed, and I had to clean an outside lawn chair from the nice little outside patio to use as a chair in my room because it was absent one. The remote for the TV didn't work correctly and after a couple of hours it would go to set-up and I would have to turn the TV off and turn it on again! But this place has OUTSTANDING potential . . . but it would need a little seed money, which I don't see is coming any time soon. But it looks like they are trying. Little by little, they are trying to update. My room was nicely painted, but see the photos for more:

The pictures and the room didn’t match. It was horrible. I had my grandbaby with me. They tried to accommodate me and switch me in better rooms, but they’re all the same pretty much I bought blankets because at this point I had to stay I didn’t really have a choice. They weren’t gonna refund me my money please just make sure when you book something. it’s accurate and consistent.

This was by far the worst motel six.We have ever stayed in.I know it was cheap, but we just need it just to stay the night because we were going to a party and it was far from our house. We were given a room and when we went in the room looked okay.But then when we pulled down the sheets from the bed, they had several.What looked like yellow, urine, stains?All over them, then we pulled the sheets down.And on the mattress cover was dried blood. I called the front desk immediately and told them that I have taken pictures.And this is disgusting, and they should be really embarrassed that someone would wash these and actually put them back on a bed. I told them I needed someone immediately to come.And change the sheets and the mattress pad, and they told me sorry, we cannot because housekeeping has left for the day. I said, excuse me, no, you are going to be housekeeping.You get in here now and change these.Sheets, since you won't change rooms for us or you give me my money back right now. They were there the owners within ten minutes with the father and they were changing everything.I tried to help them with it as they seemed to be struggling.And the father put his hand up and said back away. They were very rude and we did not even get one apology. This is unacceptable.I would not recommend this to anyone. They should seem extremely embarrassed as this is unacceptable, but like they said not even an apology, they acted like it was no big deal.

I was there for 2 weeks and they serviced my room twice and only because I asked. The phone didn't work and the toilet just kept running if I didn't lift the top of and lift the handle. There was no breakfast and no laundry room as promised.

Worst motel I have ever stayed in. You should one even have this on your website. No lock on door, stains on walls. We left & had I not prepaid I would have demanded my $ back. I’m no hotel snob but this was disgusting & unsafe.

Dirty smelly rooms, toilet had deep yellow stains and the seat had urine stains on it since it was not cleaned, bedsheets were not replaced after previous person left simply wrapped back on the bed and so still had fresh stains on them, doors to the room and toilet jammed. I have stayed at many motel 6. And I have not seen another property this run down. Had to simply leave in the night and find myself another motel to stay.

The hotel could use some upgrading (shower curtain, toilet clogging) and seemed to be out of house cleaning therefore its was poorly done. Other than that it was fast and convinient to check in. They were able to accommodate our early check in that we didnt use. The hotel was in a great location right off the freeway quiet, surrpunded by every fast food restaurant and various options for dinners and convenient stores. Therea a Starbucks near the McDonald. 20min from disneyland.

I'm being way too nice if I call this place "rundown". This place is far beyond rundown. I was hoping to save some money because i was just going to sleep there anyway. But its the most unsafe and unsanitary place I've ever seen. Not safe. There are drug addicts staying there. As soon as I walked inside the room, i got depressed. I sat on the chair and immediately started itching. Bed bugs and now my car got it and had to get it cleaned. On the freakin' key card. It gives you a warning to not leave any of your belongings and to use the deadbolt when you're inside. Who does that? That says it all right there. I walked out of there so fast and left. Found another hotel. Do not, and i repeat! DO NOT book this hotel. You will regret it.
