"Great condo unit clean and quiet. Cute cafe and a few restaurants in a new neighbourhood but few amenities within walking distance. One bus to Union station but a bit of a pain to get to the National Mall so took Ubers."

"Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....
