They need to come into the 21th center with the television. It shouldn't require television expertise to operate a TV, 2 remotes come on and have to get staffs to help.l

Very nice boutique hotel. Great location. Reasonably priced. My room was spacious- actually like a studio apartment. The one criticism was the light that came through the bedroom window. They totally need blackout curtains. They didn’t have anything to block out the light coming from the busy street. It’s a super easy fix. They really need to make the room darker in order to have a good night sleep.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eldon Luxury Suites! The location was excellent, all staff members were courteous and the room was very nice and spacious. I also felt safe there and was happy that coffee and tea were available 24/7. I was very pleased and would absolutely stay there again :)

We were two blocks from the convention center, which made for easy (and cheaper!) meal options in our room kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cutlery. It also had pots and pans, which we did not use. Would 100% come back here!

Overall everything was good, the thermostat was set to cool to 69°, but the room was 76°. The front desk said the system was still in heating mode(mid March), but they could send up some fans. We opened some windows to cool the suite down from time to time, but there was a lot of traffic noise and the temperature would gradually go up despite it being cool outside. A couple of notes, there are no locks on the bathroom or bedroom doors and the doors of are made of frosted glass so the light from the rooms would make it difficult to sleep if anyone in the suite was up.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, making it a great place to relax. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which we truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, though some areas could benefit from a bit of updating over time. We also wanted to kindly mention that the dishwasher in room did not seem to be working during our stay and may need a quick check. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thank you for the warm hospitality.

An apartment building repurposed as a hotel. My unit had plywood walls with an obviously DIY pain job (some spots were bare). The shower was quite old and worn out. The unit smelled of recent smoke masked with a ton of chemicals
