They are implementing a new breakfast system, which is standard for NorthAmerican hotels and the food was very good. the yoghurt machine was simply amazing. The property is modern and well kept and staff promptly addressed an issue regarding a noisy neighbour. It was a great stay."

"HOTEL CHARGED ME FOR AN HALF DAY AS MY DAUGHTER LEFT SOME STUFF IN THE ROOM; I HAD LET HOUSE KEEPING KNOW AS I WAS LATE GETTING OVER TO THE EVENT CENTER. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OK AS THEY WOULD NOT BE CLEANING THE ROOM TILL 5PM; AT 3:45 SECURITY HAD TO LET US IN THE ROOM TO GRAB LEFT ITEMS AND WAS RUDE ABOUT IT; I EXPLAINED HAD TO LEAVE QUICKLY TO NOT MISS AWARDS AND WAS TOLD BY HOUSE KEEPING IT WAS FINE. ALSO HOTEL DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING OPEN FOR US CONSIDERING THE COMPETION BREAKFAST OPEN AT 7 KIDS HAD TO BE AT EVENT CENTER AT 7:00 AM.
