"Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay."

"1st room there was a cokroach on the night stand. Requested another room. That room had crumbs in the bed when the sheets were pulled back. Received a refund. "

"The staff was the highlight of the experience. The front desk lady was so very kind , friendly, patient and accommodating without hesitation. Pool was clean and open late which allowed my daughter to enjoy after arriving around 9pm. 12pm checkout time was an awesome bonus and they even allowed us an extra 30 min upon requesting. Room was cozy and glad they had fridge/microwave .Very grateful for staff and experience as a whole. "

For the price they are charging, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and quality, but this place fell far below even the minimum standards. The rooms were poorly maintained, with worn-out furniture and a general lack of cleanliness. It felt neglected and far from the “premium” experience the pricing suggests.
