"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."

"We had the handicapped room. It was well equipped for the handicap. The toilet was a little broken, as far as the seat goes. They dont provide shampoo or conditioner, and lotion. They do provide coffee in the lobby. For a motel 6, it was great. The price was on $75 for 1 night. I got on Expedia.com and reserved for another one night stay, and the price dropped to $55+taxes. Which was great. The overall stay was great!"

"We were disappointed the pool was closed for our entire stay but nothing was done to compensate for the closure, we weren't made aware it was closed until after check in. A few Hilton Honors points or a discounted room rate would have been nice. The rooms are very basic not a lot of sitting to visit with friends without being right out front with everyone else. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was large and the patio was nicely decorated. We had a good meal and great cocktails in the bar/restaurant. The Trail Hotel is located just out of town, so it was easy to drive to downtown Bardstown or take a taxi. The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. We will devinitely come back again!"

"Parking was easy and free. This hotel is right off the highway, don't worry, the room was super quiet. Check-in was fast and cheerful. I booked a room with a king bed and it turned out great. Good room, clean, nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion. As well as a small fridge and microwave. Pleanty of space to stow suitcases and jackets. Air-conditioning worked great. (It was 90F outside). "Absolutely enjoyed our four-night stay at the Jailer’s Inn—great location with several great restaurants and taverns close by. The Bourbon Trail with several world-renowned distilleries, is also close by. Paul, the owner, and all his staff were extremely welcoming. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Private parking is available too!! A definite place to enjoy Bardstown and take in the area's history. We will be back!!"

"When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on...
