"I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend in one of their suites, and overall I did have a good experience. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere was comfortable throughout my stay. One of the biggest positives was the staff — everyone I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They did their best to make guests feel welcomed, and that level of customer service definitely stood out.
That being said, the amenities were unfortunately disappointing. The massage chair advertised on-site was out of order and never functioning during my stay. The pool was also closed the entire weekend, which was frustrating since it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning in my suite. The AC barely worked — if at all — for the entire weekend, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially at night."
