However if you’re going to run a contactless business you should find a better route to conflict resolution than calling your guests and accusing them of smoking pot in your rooms. "The property did not met the standard of Hampton. The bathroom had mold in the tile, there were no cups to get a drink of water and there was a musty smell. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast was superb. "

Unfortunately, I should have gotten the clue when we walked into the room and laying on the bedside was a white noise machine and ear plugs. Not only could we hear the trains - but we could hear our neighbors on either side fully!! Their convos and their music, they weren't loud there was just no sound barrier whatsoever in between the rooms. Until this is fixed I do not...
