"Really clean, cozy and photogenic apart-hotel. Has a common kitchen area, well decorated and handy. Has mini fridge in the room. All self-service, so there isn't a luggage storage option, but you could just leave stuff in the laundry room, quite safe I'd say. Ah yes, you can use laundry if necessary. Only downside being no AC, which isn't unusual for EU and especially nordic I suppose."

"We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. "This is a brand new hotel opened in June 2026, 2 weeks before my visit. Staff are amazing, very helpful. Food is excellent. Location is excellent accross from the Lisberg amusment park. The convention center is 10-15 min walking. You can also take the tram but it is just 1 stop away. There was an issue with leak but they moved me quickly to a new room. Room size is OK, little bit on smaller size especially with large king and a small bunk bed. This is amazing set up for those with small kids....

"Excellent location right in the centre of the main street and close to Haga and port. Hotel is in great condition and breakfast is delicious. Staff is super friendly and always there to help. The room was very small for one but still it was nice."

"Ein Hotel, das man buchen muss! Wir hatten ein Premium-Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Was wir bekamen, haute uns schier vom Hocker: Ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer in der 23. Etage des Turm 3 mit Blick auf das Ullevi-Stadion und kilometerweit von Norden bis Westen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es gab eine gutgefüllte Minibar, einen Heisswasserkocher und diverse Portionen von Kaffee, Tee. Zusätzlich fanden wir einen Eiswürfelbehälter vor, der in der 20. Etage vor den Aufzügen befüllt werden konnte....

The staff was very kind and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, the rooms/bathrooms/showers/kitchen were super clean and tidy. There were individual lockers allotted in the room for you, which were useful. The other people in the room were also clean and respectful.
