"From the time we arrived until we left the next morning everything was perfect! Audrey who checked us in showed us the entire property and was so friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. "The air conditioner kept making popping noises all night and made sleeping impossible. The tv kept going in and out. After 6 hour drive 30 minutes of tv would have been good.
The thermostat was so bright. It felt like a light house.
Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed in, in the last 10 years."

"Nice spacious room clean, the check in was not good no luggage carts, and one of the elevators does not work. It takes forever the one they do have operational is tiny. Only one couple with luggage can fit on the elevator at a time. Would prefer to have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels. With all that being said the rooms are nice, breakfast is good, coffee is above average. "
