"Personnel aux petits soins avec un accueil professionnel: ecoute, disponibilité et sourire( excellentes papillotes !). Chambre confortable avec une parfaite insonorisation vis à vis de l'extérieur. Petit déjeuner de qualite et tres varié. Un régal et un personnel avenant.. un bemol, lors de la réservation, j ai indiqué que je souhaitais un parking. "We arrived after travelling 450km, tired and a little stressed. I had contacted Expedia 3 times to request a twin room but had had no reply. On arrival at the hotel we were told that no twin rooms were available. The kind hotellier sorted the situation without any fuss providing us with an additional room at no extra charge. "A stopover in the heart of the ancient town of Laon. Beautiful location in the old square facing the magnificent cathedral. Charming and friendly staff welcomed us and explained parking which was locked and a short walk. Able to unload outside Logis. Room charming and very comfortable while keeping it quaintness. Very nice restaurant and had delicious dinner and breakfast"
