"place was excellent, service was very personal and dedicated. hotel is excellently situated right in the center of Le Marais. we had a small "hiccup" with the elevator not working, the hotel went out of their way to assist us, first bringing everything to our room and later - moving us down to a lower (But even larger) room to make us feel comfortable and even gave us some discount on the room. we appreciate it very much and will come back!"

The entire lobby and hallways smell like fried food, and the fire alarm goes off whenever the kitchen starts cooking (including at 6am). Guests even had to evacuate into the street because of it. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the stay for me."
