"Loved the breakfast. They upgraded our room when we requested a king size bed free of charge. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had all the amenities as expected, and the staff were incredibly courteous. This will be our destination for future trips."

"The night lady "1030pm" was extremely sick coughing and spreading germs all over not sure if it's related but both my kids are now sick my daughter has a medical condition and we needed to use the bathroom she said it was locked and then slammed her stuff down and bagged the walls all the way to bathroom because my daughter had to use the bathroom The next night sat we went to dinner and the door front was locked me and 3 kids had hands full couldn't get to my key my son ran into the sliding door cause it didn't open she stood there for a few minutes and wouldn't open door then a nice guy came behind us and opened it she said sorry didn't see you when in fact she did as she look when my sons head hit the window she is very disrespectful and does not deserve to work at a front desk I will be filling a ADA complaint for violating my daughters disability and calling the health department as she is spreading something to people and should not be at work in that condition dealing with customers She was extremely rude and I talked to the morning lady Allison 3x and asked to speak to a gm or manager When I checked out they wouldn't give me a print out cause I paid by Expedia even though $150 was charged by them I have staked at multiple Expedia booked properties and never have I had this kind of experience horrible customer service The breakfast even free is not good Freezing Cold pool not enough towels and they guard them along with toilet paper the lights in room too locked"

"The place was nice and nicely located. They offer drinks in the evening. I was appalled by the prices! We ordered 2 drinks, charge was $42!!! Needless to say, we left to go have a more cost effective dinner and drinks. So if you don’t mind the cost it’s all good!"
