"What I liked about the room is it was updated clean and neat. What I did not like the bathroom did not have enough room between the toilet seat and the wall TV you cannot adjust the volume with the air conditioner running, which was very loud and the TV you cannot adjust the volume could not adjust volume on TV. 😡"

"The location was perfect. Away from the main drag but close enough to walk up to it and walk down to the water. Quiet and comfortable bed. The pillows were not to my liking so I will bring my own the next time. The room was a good size and clean, and it had all these wooden hooks on the wall which we found to be very handy for keeping items off the floor. All the staff were nice and helpful. "The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant but the front desk was often locked even during business hours. The initial room I was given was substandard but he moved me to a better room when we discovered the shower was not working.The air conditioning was super loud but worked well. Parking was a bit challenging with my work truck but worked out in the end."

"Too big a property if your on the go. Rooms are far away from amenities. $40 a day valet parking (lot was across the street)and a resort fee added up to an extra $250+ expense for just a 4 day stay. Hilton has become too commercialized, wants everyone to buy Time Share which financially makes zero sense to anyone."

"Staff is always helpful but the check-in process is very long. If I were the general manager that's what I would be working on. The keys often get deactivated and that would be another general manager project. Otherwise the property is in decent condition for its age and the rooms are very comfortable."

"The hotel is right in the middle of the plaza so location was great. However, it was very difficult to figure out where to park. The hotel entrance only has valet parking. We had to go out to find the parking lot which wasn't well marked. Signage was poor. There were many entrances and exits in and around the hotel that we got lost trying to get back to the parking garage (with fees). Otherwise, the hotel is clean. We were only there for one night for a birthday party within walking distance, so...

"Cheap & Grimey. Hallway carpet that was dirty & threadbare. Barking dog in the room next door. Barking dog in the hallway. Only two ice machines to service the entire property that only worked intermittently. Opened the cramped balcony to a slew of tree branches that stifled ANY view whatsoever. The owner is obviously funneling off all the profits rather than reinvesting in the property located in a popular tourist destination. It does look as though it may have gotten an exterior paint job...
