"Great place to stay in town. Plentiful parking and so easy to walk to the handful of great places to dine and visit. Room was nicely updated and perfectly clean. Spacious bathroom, plenty of clean, white towels and we enjoyed our complimentary coffee outside in the cool desert morning. I would absolutely stay again."

"Bathroom left a lot to be desired. If they made the shower bigger and redid the floor, it would make a big difference. And making coffee at 7am when most people leave to start the day in the hot sun. At least start it at 6am if not earlier. If I were to stay here again, I would get a cabin. Staff was friendly and helpful and grounds were nice."

"This hotel looks to have been updated in the past 5 years so it is presents itself as newer inside. The location cannot be beat if you are planning a trip to Capitol Reef National Park. The restaurant is nice but pricey so plan for this in your budget. The hotel staff was efficient but not particularly friendly, more robotic. Good amenities and a great location!"

"Feels like home. Friendly, helpful staff. We were visiting the area for a wedding. We decided to stay an extra night. When I inquired about availability for the extra room, my daughter and I toured the Bunny Suite. We switched from separate rooms to the suite and had plenty of space, 3 queen beds, and a full kitchen. It was absolutely perfect. "

"This hotel was simple yet beautiful! The room was really nice and the hot tub after a long day was very relaxing. We met a few people around the fire when we made s'mores, thanks to the staff. They give you stuff to make s’mores and snacks as well. The red rock in the background was a plus!! We would definitely stay again!"

"The checking process was horrible! There was no physical person to reach out to and the link didn't I clue the doorcode. Once in it seemed like a delightful rustic room but once all unpacked & settled, the fridge wasn't cold nor did it ever get cold & it smelled terrible! Bugs!!! "The property’s location was convenient because it was close to the national park entrance. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the staff cooked a daily breakfast menu, which was great and of high-quality. It would have been helpful if a larger ice machine would have been on the premises, but that was minor. The view at sunrise and sunset was pretty. Overall, we enjoyed our quick stay!"

"The hotel is located in a small town with limited services but it is a beautiful area with a lot to see. The room was ok but the TV only offered free channels. We were unable to easily watch movies and catch up on the news. The biggest problem that the TV remote apparently worked through the wall because we were awakened by the TV going on after we went to bed and woke us up.
