"The hotel was ideal for visiting Disneyland Paris with free shuttle bus to Parks. Although the buses are often busy and packed. Although we were not due to check in until 3pm - the kind lady on reception allowed us access to 1 of our 2 rooms booked. The room was clean although carpets were old and worn. We opted to not have our room cleaned for our 5 night stay and expected a gift at the end of our stay as compensation for not using the room service and help by reusing towels. We were...

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"Room was average in terms of cleanliness. Bathroom smelled a little damp. The house keeping did an average job of cleaning every day. Bed sheets were changed once every 3 days"

"Well kept room, great service ! Near Disneyland Paris with convenient shuttles in the morning and late afternoon to the parks. Recommend for families !"
