"Arrived at the hotel and check-in was supposed to be at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready until 5:20pm which was frustrating. They don’t have an ice machine, fyi. When we got to our room we had to request our blanket to be changed because it appeared to have a stain/blood on it. Our bathroom mirror was also very dirty.
