The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle doesn’t run as regularly as other hotels, but they make it work. Just expect a bit of a delay. The rooms could be quieter and the set up could use some adjustments, but the kindness of the staff makes up for it. I’d stay here again if it had a gym.

When I reach at the reception desk it was busy and the staff was very friendly and helpful she was well trained and very knowledgeable she was just very polite and know how to speak with the customers who was waiting and she finished the line with smile while guiding them I can say a right person at the right place her name is Aida I guess she is just amazing Over all the hotel was pretty good and love it .

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The carpet was stained in the hallways. Curtains were torn and burn stain on a piece of furniture. The walls are thin. Very easy to hear the next room and the hallway. I left before breakfast opened. This property was cheaper than others nearby which is why I chose it.

The room Had a very foul odour. We also used the shuttle to the airport that the check engine light and airbag light were on. Window was a plastic bag taped onto vehicle and the pole inside was taped together at the top. Did not feel safe in this vehicle. (#32) would not stay here again!

We had an early morning flight, so decided to get a place close to the airport. The room was clean, everything in good condition, and staff was very friendly. We booked the shuttle for the morning and it was right on time and quick to the airport.

Having free pickup via shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. They also offer a shuttle for a fee to the piers for cruises. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
