"One night away with myself and daughter for a beach trip. We did not liaise with any staff so could not really rate that appropriately. The room was perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean, great location, easy parking and seamless check-in. The business spans over two large properties. We were opposite the holiday park. "If you like to talk to people at reception or have issues fixed promptly, then do not stay here. There was no working smoke alarm (open with battery out). When i had issues with tv i rang the help desk and was hung up on twice. (it went through to the help desk). I would not stay here again."

However the mattress was way too firm for me so I didn't sleep, but my husband had no such complaints. The sofa was too low and uncomfortable to sit on too.
