Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Bourne End

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"check in process was challenging and redundant, having to put a lot of information into the system which then had difficulties issuing key cards. it took 25 minutes to get help from the staff (one guy who was busy the entire time, but either requested no assistance or did not get any). the staff member took care of our registration (prepaid) in about a minute which was great but reinforced the pointlessness of having prepaid guests register themselves."
