"Everything was fine, just one niggle, the bed was in need of a mattress topper as I could feel the mattress springs digging into my back! The facilities and spa treatments were excellent, and I’d like to return for another mini break. Great location, handy for city visits on foot, with nearby pubs and restaurants."

"Room had a slight musty smell, pool area just starting to get a little tired. Lounge/bar was comfortable and nice atmosphere. The Staff were excellent, cannot fault them at all, super friendly and very helpful."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim”
Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "
