I stayed here for one night as was attending a concert at BP pulse which is walking distance. Staff was friendly, really liked the lounge area, breakfast had a good variety. Rooms were good enough, perhaps could have been a little bit longer (I am 6 foot 3!) but overall, an excellent stay with no complaints. Good value for money, and would definitely recommend this hotel if anyone had to go somewhere near by i.e. Birmingham Airport, BP pulse or NEC
