Cari Chalet di Boutte

"The property was ok. I give it a 3 1/2 stars. The room was clean on entering, but for 3 days the cleaners only come in to remove the towels and wash rags, and at no point were they replaced. I had to take towels and wash rags and tissues from a bin I saw in the passage. After complaining, they inform me that I had to be out of the room for them to clean the bathroom and note that's all they clean for the week that I stayed there. "Great breakfast"

"Everything was amazing I just don’t recommend the first floor to many people going in an out the side doors definitely hard to sleep with the noise but it was clean comfortable and the breakfast option was pretty good too."

"The people in the room next-door we’re doing grown people things which is not a problem that’s their privacy. They can do what they want but when it sounds like the bed is coming through the wall and they’re beating and hollering like they’re beating on each other. That’s when it becomes a problem in the staff did not address the issue after repeated calls to the front desk NO SLEEP FOR US"

"Clean room spacious room"

"Not the cleanest rooms …"

"The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

"Dry convenient we have stayed here a lot and always clean with spacious rooms very close to Tulane and shops on Freret"

"Very clean and quiet"

"The room has a humidity strong odor"
