"Wow, amazing big room and huge toilet. Always clean, very comfortable, delicious breakfast, Stefano is very attentive and courteous. Room 8 had a kettle, coffee machine and fridge, very handy. Just hope to have polite guests upstairs cause you can hear everything, apart from that all perfect!"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. "We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!"
