"I always try to book Hampton whenever I travel. This location only had one elevator for all guests, housekeeping and staff. I was surprised as big as the hotel was. Otherwise everything was fine."

"Breakfast consisted of coffee and a few prepackaged mini muffins. No milk or cream for the coffee just two pump flavor creamers. The chair in the room was worn, torn and dirty! The microwave scorched inside. The chair looked like it was from the dump! Had to complain repeatedly after getting the excuse “Sorry that’s one of our rooms we need to renovate and there’s nothing we can do since we’re all booked!” Hours later after going to dinner and asking to speak to the manager (who never called)...
