"Unless you can’t afford a better place don’t stay here. No plugs by bed lamp on bed table that you can’t plug in. No hangers lots of perfume to cover smells Bed was comfortable Very old run down Don’t take your other here"

"Honestly review, when we get to the second floor smiled food in the hall way. Seems like some one is cooking on there rooms. And 11:00pm we couldn't sleep of noise in the next door. Seems like someone is living there its not only for travelers. Emagine you traveled long hrs yo expect to sleep. But its not bec. Of the noise of the next door. They should give a quiet time. To respect some travelers."

"I'm hesitant to write a review, because this is the best-kept secret stay in Bellingham! The crew at the Coachman deserve it though. Everything was well-kept and clean. From the grounds/landscaping that I noticed right away, to the rooms and the breakfast and check-in area. I will stay there again the next time I'm in town. I visited with some of the staff, and they are genuinely appreciative of my stay and very personable."

"The lobby smelled when we first went it. The one guy practically accused me of stealing towels. We had 1 towel in our room and went to front desk and he basically accused me of stealing for I had not mentioned it sooner. The guy that checked us in was nice, but the guy in the morning was rude and disrespectful. The bed was ok and the area was quiet but the lobby smelled and the staff was not helpful or nice at all"

"Clean and friendly. Bed was huge and soft. Walking distance to major shopping. Plenty of parking. Staff at check in and check out were professional and nice and rate and room info were written down and clear. The cash deposit for the room was instantly refunded at check out, unlike a different brand of hotel elsewhere in Mount Vernon that kept a 2 week hold on the money even after I went back to a different state. I was surprised how nice my stay was here."

"I saw some pretty horrific reviews of this place and got scared that i was going to show up and have to immediately leave. HOW WRONG THEY WERE!! This ppace is quaint and a little older, but it was clean and comfortable and safe. The only thing that i would complain about is that there is O marina view. Idk where they took those pictures, but it wasnt this hotel lol i had a giant tree in front of my window and coulsnt see anything. There may be ONE room that can see the marina in the whole...

"Both the sink and bathtub were over flowing, did not drain properly. Towels had stains on them. The blankets felt very thin and had a distinctive scent. The carpet looks like it has never been vacuum or cleaned properly. The TV had issue turning on. We had to manually reset the TV for it to work. The carpets and walls in the hallways look outdated. All of our previous hotels allow us to check in early, they told us check in was at 3pm."

"Breakfast wasn’t great. No meat products. Waffle batter was thin, eggs were ok. The conditioner in the room was empty, employees didn’t seem very happy, WiFi was too hard to access & was told at check-in that tv wouldn’t work & pool & jacuzzi closed. Hotel was clean but kinda worn."
