"The last time I stayed at a Drury Inn was over 25 years ago. Wow, have they upped their game! The highlights for me were simple : room A/C that actually works (no weird limitations on how long it will run), real eggs for breakfast not nasty dehydrated stuff, a wide variety of breakfast foods other than just bread, nice clean pool, great towels not the paper thin ones many places have now. We stayed at Drury based on the recommendation of our daughter. Very glad that we did."

"Staff at the front desk spoke to me with headphones in, did not speak clear English, and had a dismissive, non-customer-service attitude. The property is deceiving. From the outside, they clearly spend money on expensive lighting and fixtures to make it appear upscale, but once you step inside, it’s a completely different story: outdated appliances, disgusting flashing fluorescent lighting, stains on the floors, broken trim, missing ceiling tiles, and obvious neglect throughout. "The property was nice, I wouldn’t recommend if you’re pulling a trailer. I would stay again it was quiet. Some of things could use an upgrade. I stayed on the lower level and wasn’t able to connect to Wifi"

"Property is old and run down, the lobby is very nice; but the rooms you can tell have seen some wear and tear. Our bedroom lamps were broken and being held up with black tape; the fridge barely cooled, microwave was in poor condition, the shower head was broken and shower curtain all tattered and ripped. Not was I was expecting from a Hampton."

"This hotel was beautiful. Our suite was very spacious. Their computers were down when we got there, so check in took around 30 minutes. This was out of their control, and they comped our parking because of it. Everything was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We took our kids to the pool twice while we were there. It was very nice, and there were plenty of pool towels each time we went. The location was perfect for a concert at Truist Park."

"Was honestly reluctant to book this property after reading a few particularly low reviews. But for the price of the property, the closeness to Truist Park. We decided to book our six nights stay at the comfort Inn and suites Ballpark. I am very happy we did the hotel was exactly what expected mind you it wasn’t five star it might need a little bit of updating but for the price it was well worth. The breakfast was exactly what you expect for a continental breakfast. The room and amenities worked...

"Exie at the front desk was very nice"

"We only stayed for one night, but the room was comfortable and was clean. Major complaint was the shower/tub was extremely slippery and did not have anything on the bottom to avoid slipping. This needs to be corrected before someone gets hurt. One of our guests fell but fortunately was not hurt - it could have been much worse. Ice machine was near our room, so we heard people getting ice st ungodly hours of the night. Beds were comfortable and frig was cold. All in all, a good stay."
