"Great hotel. Clean, comfortable beds and great staff. The door to the bathroom was squeaky and I asked for them to fix. When I came back the door was perfect and not waking up my kid when I opened it."

"We were there for a relative's memorial that afternoon, so had to book Friday night, even though we weren't staying then. One front desk person (May 2 am) wasn't friendly, but was efficient. The other desk person (May 2 pm) was super friendly and helpful. However, it would have been better for the Hotel to have a list of taxi services, instead of solely relying on Uber. It all worked out okay, though."

Once we were given our room keys the hall way right off the elevator smelled like cat urine and the carpet was full of stains. Not to mention the room was HORRIBLE! "The double room was so small for 2 beds I'm glad we only went for the night. Hotel room flooring was dirty and sticky. Neither ice machine worked so we couldn't keep drinks cold. Bedside lights weren't even the same color - one was a newer white light and the other was still yellow. The worst part was that there was never 1 employee on site.
