"Great place, clean room and very comfortable"

"Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night"

"Overall very nice. With a kitchenette, there was nothing in silverware, plates, napkins, tissue, paper towels or anything like that. Maybe that is unreasonable to expect there would be anything other than clean bare cupboard and mini fridge. It also had a comically tiny “dining table” (I am assuming that’s what it was?). Maybe 2 feet long and a foot wide?"

"The room was only somewhat clean. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, the curtains were falling apart, and the floors were dirty and sticky. When we first arrived, there were two sheriff’s trucks parked outside, with people doing drugs nearby and several homeless individuals in front of the hotel. The overall environment felt unsafe and very rundown. The water from the sink came out yellow, which was extremely concerning. "$10.00 a day to park. I don’t recall seeing that about the hotel in description on your website. The hotel is near a busy highway. I was in a ground floor room in the middle of the main building. It was a little noisy for me. I live in a very quiet area. A room at the back of the property might be better choice. The whole property was very clean and maintained. "

"Very clean and nice hotel "

"The room was simple, neat and clean, and the bed was quite comfy. What really stood out to us, though, was how incredibly kind all of the staff were. We were greeted as we checked in, greeted any time we passed staff - everywhere we turned there were friendly employees eager to answer questions or give directions. It was so very nice. On top of that, the breakfast provided in the morning was delicious - sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, and a make-your-own-waffle...

"Very nice looking suite and room but noisy, people in room above had kids running around for hours and as we lay in bed, we could hear someone snoring in the room adjacent to ours. "

I had an issue with the front desk rep telling me that I would have to use the restroom in the lobby (3 floors down) because it was after hours and no one was there to fix. "Room recently looked to be redone but overall had a damp smell to it. Enough so I went out to buy an air fresher after the first night. Pool area and lobby were nice. Parts of the room including signage, thermostat, etc were super old looking."

"The kitchen has a full fridge, a two-plate electric stove, a sink and a microwave. However, there are absolutely no pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, soap sponges, plates, glasses or cups. Also the bathroom and bedroom contain no kleenex. It's bare bones. On the plus side, there is a wide screen TV and remote, a clock/radio and an ironing board and iron."
