"Hotel was clean and everyone was very friendly. We only stayed 1 night, didn't have any issues other than there were 2 of us in the room and there was only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. I didn't say anything but me personally as a girl like to normally have 2 towels (1 for hair & 1 for body) then was a little disappointed in the breakfast. They had just basics."

"The room was clean but the 6th floor smelt weird so we had to be moved down. Breakfast was simple but consistent. And the staff seemed preoccupied but helpful when you got their attention. The location was great! It’s right next to Main Event and not far from dining and the movie theater. We walked to all three."

"Overall satisfied. Property was good, very good amenities. Breakfast was really good, havent seen such a good spread in any of these budget hotels. Eventhoufh there were stains in the towels and the bed spread, I dont want to bring it up, as everything else was good. Room was spacious, no noisy neighbors etc. Very good location, with good number of restaurants nearby and close to Houston Space Centre as well."

"It does not look like the pictures. Looks like projects. There was what looked like a blood stain on the carpet near the mirror. Bed was clean and comfy but that’s it."

"1/5 – Checked in after car theft in Galveston, no phone or cards. Room phone dead. Owner demanded payment before noon Sunday despite crisis. Staff monitors cameras remotely and seemed scared. Was kicked out of lobby at 10pm Monday while waiting on emergency funds with my dog. "Under New Management" is misleading."

"What amenities? Was told at check in that the microwaves & fridges were just removed from all rooms. I have not stayed in any hotel in the past 2-3 years that didn’t have a microwave and/or fridge…..until now! I had some drinks, snacks & dog food that needed to be refrigerated. Had to make do with ice & some of our thermal bags."
