"I stayed in the remodeled area which I would recommend asking for specifically. The room was very nice, the problem was the service and customer experience. At this price point, I would expect a working television. Once it was begrudgingly acknowledged that the t.v. was on lock, calls were made- however, the situation was not resolved over my 2 day, $1500 stay. Everything else was great but when an issue as large as this (I was planning to watch movies all weekend) goes unresolved for 2 days- it...

"Great location, with parking! Room 100 was lovely and overlooking garden. Weird light switches, could never figure them out. The restaurant was gone, as was the bar.And I think you need to have asked staff to turn on the haman spa for it to work. Otherwise truly enjoyed the sauna and the jetted pool. Look for the buttons inside the pool. Breakfast was lovely, best to go AFTER the bike tour groups (which is early). Breakfast staff is lovely AND full of excellent travel ideas."
