Great little find!!

Such a great little find! Adorable little motel. On the small side but not uncomfortably so and expected in a traditional motel. beautifully new and well maintained. Clearly a family business and staff was so friendly, helpful and kind. Super convenient to campus, food and shopping. Amazing value for the price!

Newly-rebuilt and very comfortable

Newly-rebuilt motel in which literally EVERYTHING is brand new. Everything worked and was in great shape. Would have liked to see a box of tissues in the room but appreciated the fridge & microwave.

This was a property that was ravaged by a hurricane. Everything is brand new. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

This has to be the nicest affordable motel I've stayed in. The space was immaculate, everything was new (I learned from elsewhere that this motel had been hit by the tornado back in 2021), and it was very quiet. The only thing about the room is the bed was quite hard, but not unbearable. Check-in was quickish, although a little odd. Normally staff fills out any papers besides signatures or makes a copy of ID but instead I was given a slip with the same information requests listed multiple times and not instructed how much actually needed filled out. It seemed redundant but I also didn't want to leave anything blank so I felt silly either way. Aside from that insignificant notation, this will definitely be my first choice for a stay if we return to Bowling Green again in the future.

Cleanest room ever ! Staff very helpful. Highly recommend. We were so pleased with this motel. This beats big hotels any day. Breakfast at ConCons a mile away was icing on the cake.

Clean/Safe/Perfect!

Old school motel - but renovated and super clean! Owners seem to live on site and were able to direct me to local dining and where I could safely walk my dogs… I even saw them out walking too - indicating the level of neighborhood safety! Though the hotel’s front is on a business street, there is a quiet neighborhood right behind it. Across the street you can find a great coffee shop/breakfast place and you’re super convenient to the historic downtown. This place is a rare gem of safety and cleanliness for a reasonable price!

1 night for concert

The room only had 2 pillows and my husband has a pillow addiction. Other tian that, new motel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Easy friendly checkin. Convenient to SKyPAC.
