Disappointing Stay – Poor Room Conditions and Service
We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, our room keys had to be activated twice, resulting in multiple trips between the lobby and our room.
The first room we were assigned had a strong pet urine odor. We were moved to a second room with the same issue, and finally to a third room that, while not ideal, was tolerable—by that point, we were too tired from traveling all day to keep switching rooms.
Throughout our entire stay, housekeeping never cleaned our room—not even after we brought it up to the front desk twice. Each time, we were told it would be addressed, especially when we also had to request fresh towels and coffee pods ourselves.
A manager acknowledged the situation and even mentioned the possibility of a discount for the inconvenience, but nothing was ever offered or followed up on.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing stay. Basic expectations like a clean room and regular housekeeping were not met, and follow-through from management was lacking.
