"Rooms needed updated (carpeting) place just needs a refresh. Elevator was out when we stayed. That should have been a priority! Breakfast was excellent! Help attending to it the entire time."

"The toilet tank did not fill properly. I told them about it, and they said yes room 111 has an issue with the toilet. No maintenance on hand to fix it. I had to use a 5 gallon bucket that I had to flush toilet. And yet they had the nerve to charge me $25.00 for our 7.5 pound toy poodle that basically drank their water. UNBELIEVABLE !!! I would not recommend staying there. Bad customer service."
