"I received an old refrigerator and an even older microwave; both items should have been thrown away. The tub wasn’t clean and the toilet was very low to the floor. The balcony had chip paint that came off on your hands and arms. This hotel needs some upgrades, but it does have potential to be a wonderful place to stay. The front desk staff are wonderful, very nice and helpful."

My suggestion would be to offer a one hour of free water park time to overnight guests either before or after opening the water park to day visitors."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The property felt unsettling, with people screaming throughout the night and strange noises that made it difficult to feel comfortable or get any rest.
