"Struttura bella e ben tenuta, la nostra camera era una suite per cui era ampia. Buono il servizio della colazione con un'offerta varia di cibi dolci e salati. Unico neo, per la nostra esperienza, è stato nella poca chiarezza con cui pubblicizzano nel sito dell'hotel la documentazione necessaria per accogliere minori non accompagnati dai genitori. Questo ci ha fatto cambiare i nostri programmi e creato un po' di disagio. Sarebbe opportuno spiegare con accuratezza tutta la documentazione che è...

"Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Eravamo in 5, siccome avevamo un Torneo di Softball allo Stadio Falchi, la location era comodissima. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla stadio. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata eccellente. Un ingresso con sala con un ampio tavolo, cucinino, due ampie camere da letto e un bagno. Due balconi sulle camere. In un contesto silenzioso circondato da un parco. Colazione al mattino con tutto ciò che serve, brioches, marmellate, succo fresco di arancia, yoghurt,...

"Facile da raggiungere e vicino all'autostrada, uscita Bologna S.Lazzaro, struttura pulita. Peccato la non disponibilità della piscina e area relax. Colazione a buffet, con molti prodotti."

"Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war gut. Es waren ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage war ansprechend und sehr gut gepflegt. Man wurde nicht durch Lärm gestört, es herrschte angenehme Ruhe. Einen Nachteil in meinem Zimmer gab es: Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln und kühlte das Zimmer konstant auf unter 18°C herunter. Auch über die Rezeption war keine Änderung möglich. Diese Temperaturen sind zu niedrig."

"I have traveled to Bologna on quite a few occasions over the past 40 years....and this is the one place I can't imagine not staying at next time I visit. Historic building, beautiful views, lovely accommodations, wonderfully located, delicious breakfast - and most of all, a truly special host. One caveat, there are stairs (though the owner will take care of baggage), so if you are mobility restricted, you would need to take that into consideration."

"Beautiful hotel located just outside Bologna in a park-like setting. We were there for just one night and found the hotel a perfect spot from which to explore Bologna. We took the train from nearby San Lazaro di Savenna which has free parking. Note that there is a Trenitalia ticket machine at this location but it is only on the one platform and is hidden until you get to the top of the main stairs. Back at the hotel we found our room spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served...

"The hotel is lovely. Many of the high ceilings are frescoed and the floors are marble. Although our room was not large it was well appointed and luxurious w upholstered wall and fine lenin sheets. Our room was ver quiet as well. The location for the hotel is perfect! "
