"Best continental breakfast I have ever had!!! Very unique choices - kale omelettes, cheesecake muffins, everything tasted homemade. Everything was great except for the location of the shower and toilet. You have to slide sideways between the 2 in order to turn the shower on. Maybe if you have exceptionally long arms you would be more successful. Other than that, it was great. Staff was amazing."

"The hotel advertises a hot tub. It was not working. When I asked the staff they said it is only a whirlpool that circulates water, it has never been a hot tub. The elevator was broken the entire weekend. I booked this hotel because I was in town running an ultra martial and wanted the hot tub to speed recovery. The clear misrepresentation in advertising really is ticking me off. I guess I will vote with my feet and add holiday in to my list of never again"

"I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel.
