"Breaakfast was fine; great having a koala eating outside our room! Quite convenient to the city by ferry or bus. some good zoo adventures too."

"Great venue for groups"

"The property was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views over the harbour. The buffet breakfast and hotel amenities like the waterside bar and cafe were also nice. The shuttle service was also handy. We booked 2 king bedrooms. The rooms were clean but quite basic. Unfortunately one of the rooms we were allocated (even though they were the same price) was located at the back of building looking into a hill and was very dark. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area."

"Comfortable upstairs rooms rooms in a cosy local pub hotel reminiscent of accomodation of an English Country Pub atmostphere. A breakfast kitchen and lounge along with shared bathrooms make for rooms make for an interesting communal atmostphere with fellow travellers unlike large corporate hotels. Fantastically located opposite a lovely local park and nearby shopping strips and restaurants of North Sydney of Crows Nest just a medium stroll away."

"Breakfast was excellent, parking was ample. The room while been as described, clean and had all amenities, it was showing it’s age and there was no way to figure out what tv channels showed what. "

"Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. "
