"This was my 2nd time staying at Springhill Suites. My 1st visit was lovely and that's why I came back; however, this time around although the hotel itself for the most part was fine the lady at the front desk this weekend was horrible and rude to us. I don't know if she treats others that way but that was my experience. Also, every time I was leaving in the morning there was a bunch of trash sitting by the elevator. I don't know if that was the guest putting it there or housekeeping waiting to take it down, but it looked horrible, and this happened on more than one occasion. The breakfast items were more limited than last time (NO BACON). I may or may not give them one more try. I don't expect everything to be perfect, but I always expect your staff to be courteous."
