"My last night there the AC went out in my room. Maintenance came and tried to fix it but was unable. He called and let the front desk know that they needed to move me to a new room. He stated they would call me to let me know when a room was available, but after sitting in the room for 10 minutes after packing up me stuff I went down to the lobby to see if a room was ready. The lady seemed put off about the matter and then wanted to know if I needed a room right away. I stated yes because the room I have been waiting in is extremely hot.
No apologies for the matter and a very put off attitude from the front desk."
