This hotel was a little hard to see but we immediately loved the entrance and the staff was great. Bella was so friendly and helpful. The room was great other than the very loud A/C unit but it was cold and comfortable in the room. The pool was crystal clear and so much fun for our team of football players. When we come back to this area we will stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful stay.

Checkin late on Friday, Oct. 9, 2026. One staff member available appeared to be under the influence, tired, or overwhelmed. Staff member checked customers into rooms that were occupied. When customer tried to explain staff member appeared confused. Another customer tried to intervene staff member became irate and told customers to get the out because she felt disrespectful. Other customers started asking supporting staff if there's a supervisor onsite. Police were called and another staff member came to continue the check process. The next night the same staff member was there working. Customers who witnessed what happened the night before complained to the manager working and he said there will be an investigation. Hotel overall is okay good location but check in experience was a doozy at best!

Very pretty and clean hotel, amenities were clean and very organized the only bad thing was the internet, wifi was terrible and very difficult to access so because of that I wasn't able to even look at Netflix YouTube or anything that required a strong wifi connection Besides that is a good hotel to stay.
